I dated a woman for a while that liked whimsy and thought that the idea of people turning anything they can find into parks was cool and whimsical. I might be full of a lot of things, but whimsy ain’t one of them. I think this is a "tiny paved square that someone labeled a park".
The relationship didn’t last long. Whimsy is something that both parties must feel strongly about.
